Vision  

To rebuild   the Quiçama National Park to its former ecological state and to develop it to be the most frequently visited park by tourists in Angola

-  Develop and manage master plan.

-  Facilitate establishment of basic physical service infrastructure

-  Wildlife management & Conservation

-  International marketing

-  Invest in tourism facilities & industry

-  Manage all lodges and hospitality

-  Manage all tourist facilities such as riverboats, horse trails & hiking.

-  Retail sales

Financing strategy 

Utilise foreign aid and donations to create a basic infrastructure to attract private sector investments.

Phase out foreign aid & donations eventually.

Generate revenue to sustain infrastructure through levies on private sector sales.
